Thank you for responding to my inquiry. Yes, I am also a professional genealogist hired by The Army Casualty Office of Washington DC for the purpose of finding living relatives of an MIA Korean War Soldier to let them know about the remains of this soldier. We have spent countless hours and money in this attempt but to no avail. The above individuals are parents to the grandmother of the soldier. Julia M. Giguere, b. 1 Jan 1844 in Canada and died 9 Jan 1925 in New York, New York. She had a sister Helen, b. 13 Jan 1831, d. 23 Mar 1929 (died in New York as well) Helen did not marry and came to US about 1904. Julia came about 1863. Starr Ossman, researcher, contracted by The Army Casualty Office,Washington, DC Julia married Joseph A. Tanguay (b. abt 1839, Canada, died 9 Feb 1893, New York, New York) Notify Administrator about this message?
