Hello Amy,
I believe my father, Lee Edwin Tampke, was the brother of August. My dad died in Oregon in 1951, I was 13 years old at that time. We used to hear from Aunt Bertha in San Antonio and my sister corresponded with a cousin named Evelyn, other than that I never had contact with the Tampke family, to my regret! Would love to know more about that part of my history.
