Dear Helen Lynn
I am a distant cousin. Your mother, Eileen Jean's (born on 3/4/1911) father was John Hodge Tamblyn born on 2/8/1870. My great grandmother Amelia Jane Tamblyn (Rodgers was her married name) was your grandfather's sister. We have recently been to Charters Towers and traced quite a bit of history. We also met Wayne Tamblyn, Bron Richards and Bev Bosel for the first time. Why do you think Hannah Maria Hodge came from Penzance? Do you know anything about her husband, John Tamblyn and when he died?
