I purchased a beautiful oil painting. The name on the painting is J. Tally. It is a scenic picture of a mountain side village or town, with a church, next to a body of water. The signature on the painting says J. Tally 72, and there is a plaque on the front of the paintings frame that also says J. Tally. I thought this being the Tally site that someone might know who this is. Please emial me if you have any ideas. Thank you
