Frank L. Thompson married Minnie Mae Talkington 18 July 1898. They are buried in Wheatland Cemetery in Oklahoma City. Minnie Mae was born 13 Sept 1881 in Perth, Kansas. She died 7 June 1947 in Oklahoma City. I have information on both of their sons; Fred Edward and Ralph Kenneth Thompson.
Minnie's parents are William Roer Talkington and Emma Jane Miller. William was born 12 December 1842 in Waverly, Morgan Co., Illinois. He died 14 June 1911 in Perth, Kansas. He married Emma 6 October 1875 in Douglas Co., Oregon. Emma Jane was born 15 January 1858 in Looking Glass, Oregon. She died 3 September 1908 in Dermot or Hughton, Kansas. She is buried in the Dermot Cemetery, Norton Co., Kansas. William is buried in the Attaberry Cemetery in Perth, Kansas. All four of the above named were members of the Church of the Firstborn. Emma's parents were Clarence Miller and Mary. Children of William Roer and Emma Jane: Albert Preston, William L., Minnie Mae, Lee Roy, Lemuel Perry, and Ella. (I have more on them)
The father of William Roer is Alfred Talkington and wife, Elizabeth. I show nothing futher on them. The files that I am working from are the work of N. Dale Talkington.
