My mother, Dorothy Cameron (maiden name Talbert), had a brother, Cleto Talbert, who moved from Exeter, Missouri to Salem/Portland area many years ago. He passed away in 80's and is buried in Oregon. I never met my uncle Cleto, not Aunt Dude, his wife. They had one son, Jack, and they live in Washington now, I think. Anyway, due to some ill feelings among some of the Talberts back before I was ever born, I never knew this uncle, aunt, nor cousin. Good luck with your links with Oregon and Missouri search.
