I recently found a picture in my father's belonging's of an young oriently woman holding a little girl about age 4. The back of the picture states, "Ivan's Taiwanese wife (or girlfriend) and their daughter". I'm 43 and just learned I have a half sister and would like to find her. My father was in the Air Force at Taipei. I have a picture I would gladly email a copy to anyone interested. I have no name to go on, only the picture.
