Hello Vicki my name is Helen McEwen nee Tagg. My grandfather's name was William Frederick Tagg and he came out to Australia in the early 1900 's with his wife Edith
Tagg nee Hughes who came from Cheshire. They had three children Frederick William and Ernest who were twins and George I don't know a lot about my Grandfathers back ground before he came to Australia, but one thing he used to tell me when I was growing up was that his family used to own Tagg Island so imagine my delight when I found your letter on this site. We must be related somehow. cheers and good health to you Helen McEwen.
