Hi Maurice,


Like you, I have been researching a paternal grandparent - Walter Albert TAGG (b.1874 Stepney) and brother to Charlotte. You may not be aware of him as he migrated to Australia around 1890. But as you are aware, the family does not appear in the 1881 census, and by the 1891 census where Charlotte is listed with her parents, William and Sarah, he is no longer in England.


I have more information about William and Sarah, but not of a connection with Tagg Island.


Looking forward to hearing what happened to Charlotte,
