All the Tafts you recorded at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Winslow, Illinois, are of the family of William Taft (b. 1803, Ferrisburg, Vt) who went to Illinois about 1849. He was the son of Josiah[5] Taft (Moses[4] Silas[3] Benjamin[2] Robert[1]). If you email me I can provide some further information. And, we (Taft Family Association) would like information on descendants of Lewis W. Taft and Margaret Hinds.
