I am not related but dabble in VT families. So here goes. First a correction for you on her parents.

According to her birth and death records her parents were Lee Taft and Eva Johnson. She was born 17 July 1879 in Huntington VT and it is possible her middle name was Cora and she may have used that name on some census records. She married Burton C Maxfield 6 Aug 1896 in Huntington VT.

Her parents Lee Taft and Eva Johnson were living with Cyrus and Mary Taft on the 1880 and 1900 census for Starksboro VT. In 1880 she is 10M and listed as Cora F Taft.

Marriage record for Lee and Eva 17 Aug 1878 prove his parents were Cyrus Taft and Mary Bunker. Her parents were Charles Johnson and Jane.

Some of your ancestors are buried in Maplewood cemetery and you can see their tombstones online at find a grave. Found this info there:

Cyrus Taft was born 7 Feb 1816,Huntington; died 17 Aug 1903, Starksboro. He married Mary Adelaide Bunker (daughter of Joseph Smith Bunker and Mary Brown) on 23 May 1840. Mary Adelaide Bunker was born 8 May 1821, Starksboro, and died 28 Feb 1903.
