Hello Myrtle,
The following text is taken directly from the Yolo Tadlock's family bible:
William T. Collet died November 25, 1912. Age 76 years, 9 months, and 24 days (which would make his DOB approx. 1835/36).
Elizabeth J. Collet died September 6, 1916. Age 82 years, 9 monts and 4 days (which would have made her DOB approx. 1833/34).
There is no mention of Elbert marrying a Miss Anna Collett.
Rootsweb has information on Elbert and his life here in Yolo County. I talked to his niece yesterday and she said Uncle Elbert gave this information to the person who wrote the article so it is a first person accounting of his life here. The link is:

This article indicates that Elbert married a Miss Anna White and that the children you mention belong to this union.

This article states that Rilford married a Miss Alice Collett (I do have a copy of the original marriage certificate).
There is a Anna Tadlock buried in the Yolo County Cottonwood Cemetery. Her dob is listed as 5 Dec. 1848 and dod as 5 June 1924.
