Actually, 1890 Perry Co. Census lists in Perryville District 78 Page C22 (which is one door down from Stephen Tadlock)
Mary Tadlock Head
Elizabeth Tadlock Sister
Catherine Tadlock daughter (Sarah Catherine)
Delila/Lilly/Lila is listed in 1880 Perry co Census as Stephen's aunt as is Betsy (Elizabeth). Mary is listed as his mother. I suppose Delila died between 1880-1890 (or she could have married but she would have been pretty old to marry)
Since Albert was no longer in the household in 1880, I can only guess that he was an Uncle or half-sibling to Stephen.
I have not discounted that Joshua could be the grandfather of Stephen. However, it was also not uncommon for a man to marry a much younger woman after being widowed and I tend to accept this as the case here.
According to census all of the women in the household were named Tadlock so I can not positively determine their relationship. It is possible that they were all daughters of Joshua but this would mean that Mary's husband abandoned her and her children (she had at least two b. in 1850's) and they took the name Tadlock or they were illegitimate. Since she was in Joshua's household in 1850 and 1860, it is more likely that Joshua is their father and Delila and Elizabeth are her sister-in-laws.
