Dr. Ellis Harold Tade was my grandfather from Bicknell, IN, Born 10/27/1879-died 2/24/1949. His wife was Ethel Pearl Black. Ellis Harold Tades' father was Samuel T. Tade, born 1/22/1854-died 12/1/1896. Samuel was married to Louisia C. Williams. Dr. Ellis Tade's grandfather was John Tade born 1828-died 4/25/1886. John Tade was married to Mary A Small on 1/31/1849. Mary was born 6/13/1827 & died 3/17/1910. Dr. Ellis Tade's gggf was Martin Tade who was married to Mary Knipe who was born in England in 1807.
Hope this helps - I have some death certificates from the Bicknell area for John Tade & for Mary A Small (Tade).
