Lige & Katie Tackett Adkins of TN & KY

The certificate of Joe C. Adkins who died in Harlan Co., KY in 1945 says his parents were Lige Adkins and Katie Tackett. Joe was born about 1864. I think my great grandfather, William M. Adkins, may have been a younger son of Lige and Katie. Lige may have been maried a second time to a Fanny. The family lived mostly in the Campbell Co., TN - Whitley Co., KY area. Is anyone familiar with this family?
