This seems like it could be apart of a family I'm helping my friend with.

In researching my friend's family there appeared a nephew, Frederick SYMONS (not too uncommon a name though). It says he was born in Liverpool, Lancashire about 1862c but in the census he is in Liskeard, Cornwall. There is a Lady Hyde mentioned in his family "lore". Don't really know the whole story behind it all but trying to find out.

The surname PARKYN is involved. Maybe that surname has popped up for you?
