My husband's g grandfather was Thomas H Symons, born approx 1837 Barnstaple.

He married Elizabeth J (surname not known) and had the following children:
Frederick b 1867 Barnstaple
Bessie J b 1870 Barnstaple
Alfred J b 1872 Barnstaple
Alice J b 1874 Barnstaple
Lucy b 1877 Barnstaple (grandmother)
Amy G b 1880 Barnstaple
