John Sykes, m. Mary Meredith, is my 5th g-grandfather, son Josiah b. 1760,m. Sarah Pridgen and her brother Francis Pridgen m. Mary Sykes, d/o John and Mary. All are in N.H.Co., N.C.
Am trying to trace ancestry of John and Mary Meredith Sykes.
John would have been born abt 1730 or so.
