If you have Swope ancestors in Fulton County, Arkansas, you may want to be sure they are listed in the History of Fulton County, Arkansas book currently being compiled by the Fulton County Heritage Foundation. Or you might be interested in ordering a copy of the book.
If you have not received a copy of their notice of publication, you can contact them at P. O. Box 768, Salem, AR 72576.
Since I am not connected in any way with the production of this book, I can't be accused of trying to sell the books. I just have ancestors from there and I just received my notice of publication this week. The deadline for sending your information or ordering the book is June 15th. I know if I had not received a notice I would certainly appreciate someone notifying me. And I do know there were Swopes in Fulton County.
