"This indenture witnesseth that on the 6th day of May 1870 A A

husband James East Florence East and the unknown heirs of Joseph
Swope _ children and heirs of George Swope desceand allegeing in his
said petition that the said George Swope the ancestor of the defendants
did seize and possess of two certain tracts or parcels of land........."
This was VERY hard to read - some guessing.
