Hi, thank you so much for your response. There is quite a lot of information about Rowland Huntly Gordon an ancestry.com and I think I have it all, or certainly most of it.

I am trying to piece together the last years of his life leading up to his death in Lucerne in 1953. For example, he and his wife obtained passports in 1952 but I would love to know when they sailed to Europe and by which route.

I would also like to know more about his last wife (he married at least once before to Mary Hamilton Kuhn but I suspect he married about twice after that) who was Emilie Louise, and with him at the end in Lucerne, though I do not know what her maiden name was.

I hope this is the sort of thing you had in mind because I am floundering at the moment but feel sure the info is out there somewhere waiting to be found!
