First wife: Elisabeth Bichsel, daughter of Jakob (dead) from here / Tom II, p.128 / born 11.March 1810, dead 25.March 1855.
marriage: here (in Sumiswald) 29.June 1832.
Children: 1. Jakob (Tom V, p. 532) 24. Nov. 1833.
2. Peter (Tom VI, p. 376) 28. March 1835.
3. Anna Barbara (Tom VI, p. 413) 13. Nov. 1836 (marriage 19. Jan. 1866 with Jakob Schütz).
4. Jsaak 19. May 1839, dead 24. June 1841.
5. Elisabeth 27. Sept. 1840 (marriage 1864 with Johannes Harisberger from Trachselwald, born 23. Jan. 1842.
6. Anna 21. Oct. 1843, dead in Wasen 1873.
