I am for information on Benedict Frederick Emch, father of Otis Karl Emch Sr. My grandmother's, Cecelia Patz, sister, Anna Marie Patz, married Benedict F. after Clara Gast Emch's death. They were married about 1902. Both Benedict & Anna Emch are buried in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky, Erie Co. Ohio along with their son Harry David Emch and his wife Thelma Louise Miller. Their other son, Millard John Emch and his wife Ruth Florence Camp are buried in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky, Erie Co., Ohio.
I am looking for documentation on Urs Emch as being the father of Benedict Emch b: Abt. 1814 that married Maria Walter.
This family of Emch's came from Switerland together in 1840 on the same ship. I think that Benedict & Nic. Emch are brothers.
