I'm Alisia Moree, daughter of Green Durell Moree, son of Alisia Ann Britannie (this is how my dad spelled her name on my birth certificate as he named me for her....I also ended up with her nickname of Tannie....I would have preferred Sue or Kay or Bob!)Courtoy & Wm. Harrison {Hare}Moree. I knew my dad,Green's sister, Ada Swilley; as I was at her 90th birthday in 1989 in Winter Haven, Fl. Her daughter, Dorothy also attended. Dorothy's and my deceased brother, Oliver Moree's daughter Jessie Marlene Moree, Jessie's 2 daughters & my son all took this trip from our homestate Texas. Don't know date of Aunt Ada's death, do know she was alive summer of 1989. Her daughter, Dorothy, died several years ago at age 73 & is buried in TX. Dorothy disliked her name, Dorothy Adlove, and changed it to Dorothy Patricia. We all called her "Pat" as she preferred. I know this 90th birthday of Aunt Adas doesn't match the 1896 birthday so noted in your info. I do know her 90th birthday was celebrated in 1989 as I was present. June, Shirley & Barbara (Aunt Ada's daughters) were present for Aunt Ada's 90th bday. Ada's son, Charles Ray died in a motorcycle accident in Japan when I was about 10 yrs old (I'm 62 now); he was stationed there in the military. I remember Dorothy/Pat being very upset to hear he had died.
