Bill, has anyone helped you yet?? I have worked on the Swiger family for a long time and have over 10,000 descendants of John William & Mary Swiger. I too have not connected your William and Lavina Swiger to the rest. I have Nettie's birth place as stated in an obituary as Folsom, in Wetzel Co. WV. Maybe if you try there, for a lot of Swiger left Harrison Co. and move through Doddridge Co., through Tyler County and landed in Wetzel Co. Please let me know.
