apparently there are 2 William Swifts in caswell co nc around 1813 William B Swift & William Swift my ggggrand father is William Swift,who married Nancy Childress.not William B Swift he married Nancy Stokes and court records show they divorced.sorry for any incorrect info.William Swifts parents?
