Sophronia Swift... not sure what her maiden name was or who her husband was. She is reported to have been an Indian. She was buried on the side of an Indian mound in Bosco, LA and her remains were moved this past year when they 4 laned Hwy 165.
She had atleast 3 children: Mollie Swift (died in childbirth) married to Willie Mack Spillers, Ollie Swift, and another female daughter who died in childbirth and was married to a Hilburn.
