I am looking for information on my GGrandmother she died 4 years before I was born. Her name is Ruth Elizabeth Swift Born 11.14.1911 and died 9.13.1981. I cannot find her birth certificate. I cannot find her brothers and sisters birth certificates. She was either british or irish. There is long lost family and I would like to find and put the pieces together. She had strawberry blonde hair I believe. If I need to do Dna testing I have some of her hair here. I have a picture of her if you think you are related. It was said by my grandmothers husband that Ruth had sisters and her mother which hated black people and my grandmother married a black man which split the family up.
If you have any info or if you can help. I would appreciate it very much so I can sleep at night.
