Sorry I just saw your posting. What do you find on the Ellen Sweeney born in 1864? I just found my Ellen in the 1900 census, and she gives her birthdate as June of 1865, but she could have been off by a year as her husband gives his year of birth as 1864 (when it is really 1862). Also, I recently discovered that Ellen had 2 brothers (besides Patrick) named Cornelius and Charles, who both stayed in Donegal, Ireland. But the name of Ellen and Patrick's parents are still unknown. Do you find a common parent or parents for Ellen, Patrick, Charles and Cornelius? They would have been from County Donegal, Ireland possibly from the Inver area.
