Anyone related to the following line?Patrick Sweeney, b. circa 1841 in Ireland, married Rose Mooney, b. circa 1846 in Ireland on June 25, 1863 in Bathgate, Scotland.They had 13 children: John (1864-1913); Mary Ellen (1866-?); Rose (1868-?); Patrick (1870-1905)); Ann/Jane (1872-?); Andrew (1874-1874); Frances (1875-1937); Hugh Peter (1878-1958); Bridget Elizabeth (1880-?); Catherine (1881-1959); Dominick (1884-1915); Sarah (1889-1894); Andrew Joseph (1891-?).
The father, Patrick, died in Paisley, Scotland, in 1892.John and Patrick immigrated to US prior to 1898.Rose and remaining children (excepting Mary Ellen, Rose and Ann/Jane - who appear to have remained in Scotland, and Andrew and Sarah, who died as infants)immigrated to the Kearny/Harrison/Newark areas in NJ in 1898.The mother, Rose, died in 1907 in Kearny.
John married Mary Worzel (nee Cairns) and they had 4 children, Hugh J. M. Sweeney (1900-1986); Frances Sweeney(1902-1903); William J. Sweeney (1904-?) and Sarah (1907-?).
Frances married Forbes Shaw and had 3 children: Helen G. Shaw (1906-1936); Arthur J. Shaw (1910-1989) and Harry P. Shaw (1913-1975).
Bridget Elizabeth married John Henry Quinn and they had 3 children: Francis John Quinn(1910-1922); Eleanore Quinn (1912-1992) and John Henry Quinn (1918-2007).
Catherine married Michael Cannon and they had 3 children: James Patrick Cannon (1907-1983); Rose Veronica Cannon (1910-1983) and Hugh Patrick Cannon (1913-1967).
Andrew Joseph married a woman named Ida or Ada and lived in Newark, NJ.
