It covers 1947-2006, as I mentioned in my previous post. It can be purchased from this site but I've already provided the information. New versions come out every few years.
This site has the previous edition, which covers 1947-2003. I don't know of a completely English language site with the newest edition.

Click on English and look for the Bookshop link. Then select the cd and the rest of the purchasing is more difficult than the first site I suggested.
