It is best to search on an active board, such as the following one. The one you used is barely seen by anyone. I only check it and others like it every few months, if I think of it.

Karlskoga is in Örebro, so check the Emigrant database, which can be downloaded for free.

You can order the parish records for Karlskoga from any Family History Center and learn much more using those records.
