Jöns Trulsson, born 1642 wasn't born in Sweden; the county (and province) of Blekinge belonged to Denmark until 1658.
The correct citation before 1658 is "Jämshög, Blekinge (Denmark)", after 1658 "Jämshög, Blekinge (Sweden)". The actual farm or village (e.g. "Slätten") is uninteresting until you write your ancestor's story. For births, marriages, deaths it's just parish and county - county is necessary since there are quite a few parishes with the same name but in other counties.
Jämshög parish, Blekinge county
Örkened parish, Kristianstad county (also Danish before 1658)
Karlshamn parish, Blekinge county
Hallaryd parish, Kronoberg county (never anything but Swedish)
Please also note the "Swedish" extra letters åÅ äÄ öÖ. They're not just there to make the words look interesting, they're letters in their own right and change the meaning of words:
kar - tub
kår - corps
kär - dear
kor - cows
kör - choir
