"The Arkiv Digital site has English language instructions."
Not to mention, the AD-Online image browser software now is available with an English user-interface. For a long time that wasn't the case and all the menus, etc. were in Swedish only. The English UI version is still marked as a "beta test" version on the AD website. However, I have used it and found no problems. I think others can say the same.
Another very nice feature of Arkiv Digital that seldom gets mentioned is this. On the AD website (the Swedish version only: http://www.arkivdigital.se/http://www.arkivdigital.se/) you can purchase CD-ROM copies of all the images of a particular parish book. The prices per CD are not that expensive, generally ranging from about $10 to maybe around $45. (Prices on the AD website are in Swedish kronor (SEK). 1 USD = ~6.5 SEK) This can be a very good investment if you find yourself using a few parish books *a lot*. Having the images accessible from a CD drive or copied to your computer hard disk means you can research that volume anytime and forever for no additional cost. For example, one of my ancestor branches comes from a single parish in northern Dalarna (Kopparberg). I am considering buying copies of the two earliest birth/marriage/death parish books (covering roughly 1650 to 1750) because I have literally hundreds of direct ancestors and indirect relations to be found in those two volumes. Of course, you can buy CD-ROMs without purchasing a subscription to AD-Online.
