Here is some information on your family:

I found Emil H. and Ida L. Pearson in the 1910 & 1920 censuses of Sherman Twp., Crawford County, Kansas. The 1910 census indicates they had been married 1 year and Emil immigrated in 1892.

Emil Hillerup Pearson, a farmer living in Sherman Twp., Crawford County, Kansas registered for the World War I draft June 5, 1917. His place of birth was listed as “Halmstad, Sweden.” He claimed an exemption “Support of Family – Seventh Day Adventist.”
