Anders Gustaf and Carl Emil Kullman both move out from Medelplana on 11 Oct 1884, see Moving Out records page 117. Anders Gustaf is supposed to go to Salsta, which is a farm in Sal parish, and Carl Emil to Flo parish.

I have not found Anders Gustaf in Sal, but found Carl Emil in Ås.

There were several parishes joined in a deanery to be able to support a priest and this sometimes messes up the records. Or else they changed their mind and went to another parish than they planned when they moved out.

Carl Emil moves from Ås to Näs in 1885, but I have not been able to find him moving in there.
