Kyrkbyn is the village within the parish of Tännäs. (The name actually means "the church village," I believe.) The parish of Tännäs is located within the "län" (county), in the region of Härjedalen. Basically it identifies the place name from very small to very large. The third line says something like "birth location (given) in the source". Maybe someone else can give more specific info here, but it essentially means where the person was born.
The census doesn't give the year of marriage, unfortunately. You'll have to go to the church records for that. I don't have access to Genline at home, but perhaps someone else can do a lookup for you.
