If the death (or burial) 19 Dec 1736 Jon Olsson of Byn, age 34, is your Jon Olsson, then he should have been born about 1702.

Perhaps he is the son Jonas age 22, married 1725(?), son of Olof Olofsson (dead 1724?) and Karin Jonsdotter, recorded at Byn in GID 1593.32.41700 [Gävleborg; Västernorrland] Hedesunda AI:2 HFL 1724-1728, page 5.
