Perhaps the name in the certificate is really Olof Pärsson, compare the first letter of the surname with the P in "Pigan" in some of the other certificates. (GID 1593.38.50800)
Are you looking for someone named Olof Jonsson? Where is the first time you see him in the HFL or other records?
Is it the Olof Jonsson born 1728, married to Anna Larsdotter born 1734 that are seen in GID 1593.3.53900, [Gävleborg; Västernorrland] Hedesunda AI:6 HFL 1750 - 1750, page 279?
He has number 821, and is in GID 1593.34.90100 [Gävleborg; Västernorrland] Hedesunda AI:4 HFL 1740-1752, "Image 108". His first entry is in 1744, so perhaps he arrived then, or this is his first entry because he was considered adult then, at age 16(?).
I notice that the wife Anna Larsdotter with number 898 has her first entry 1749 at age 15. GID 1593.34.91000 [Gävleborg; Västernorrland] Hedesunda AI:4 HFL 1740-1752, "Image 117".
