I saw this reply to you on the Denmark board.
"...Claus and Andreas Ahlgren b 1813-6 Torslanda, Bohus...", so you need Torslanda parish in Göteborg och Bohus län and the person you are seeking was apparently born in 1813.."
I looked at the 1813 birth and baptism records for Torslanda parish and found your ancestor on the fee-based Genline site.

These are handwritten records and this one is hard to read. I don't have a lot of time to deal with this so hopefully someone can take a look and tell you what this says. This is the specific location on Genline.

His name appears to be Olaus, as I had guessed. Olaus was born 1 December ?????????? 1813 and baptised on the 5th. The father was Olof Ahlgren and I'm not sure the mother was named. Baptism witnesses were listed. The parents lived in Strömsund? in that parish.
