Appears he had middle name Adam, birth is found in Nävelsjö 16 March 1787, book of births Nävelsjö GID 1122.14.50900, [Jönköping] Nävelsjö, C.1, Födde, 1718 - 1804, 0-189, Bild 99 av 173 - left hand, top of page.
