Cherokee Villages~ East of MS River

Hi,

You may have an anecdotal family history of a Cherokee in your line. If you can trace your family member back to one of these Cherokee Villages;

http://www.geocities.com/andurzen/cherokee.html

then you may go from there to finding him/her. Imigration patterns from these towns may reveal quite a lot. My Sweat ancestors, reputed to be percentage Native Americans, are also have been said to have lived in Turkeytown.

ATTENTION: Sharon, yes, there was a Turkeytown. Across the river from Centre, AL.

Keep On Smilin'

Aubrey
