According to the Sussex County Deeds,Book M-2 p. 168,dated 18 January 1818, Abraham and Anna(his first wife) of Pelham, sell to Daniel Swayze of Nolton(sic) NJ all their interest in the lands of their father Benjamin Swayze.
My records also show that Benjamin Jr.,Daniel,Abraham,Susannah Dawdy, and Phebe Wills were all children of Benjamin Swayze Sr.
