Well, I'm either go to give you a great big hug, or a giant kiss...

I think you just found John Swartwout, who was orignally from Dutchess county, moved to Fulton and then back to Dutchess again. He is burried in Chasity Cemetery, Fulton County. It looks like he has a a Rev. Veterans Post beside his headstone. I could never find him.... Now I think you just might have done that for me. Is there anyway you could find out if he was marriaded to Aatlje Bedell. There might be some varition on the spelling of her name.
