I have a copy (it's rough but readable) of the original list of Andrew's family written in German.
On the 17th day of January 1837, Catharine Swallow made an affidavit that her maiden name was Catharine Kinder and that Reuben Finley mentioned in the will of Thomas Finley of Abbeville, SC was her son. from Standing Stone Press, Monterey, Tenn. Fall-Winter 1981 pg 12
