Andrew Swallows Tid Bit

I found Andrew Swallows listed as a tax payer in the book 'Virginia Tax Payers 1782-87' by Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc. 1978. This makes sense because we know that he moved to Virginia in the spring of 1780 from Pennsylvania. He then enlisted and served one month as a Private in Captain Buchannan's Virginia Company. Other enlistments followed.
