Hello, my part of this tale is from st louis mo. and as far as i know troy mo. my father william darrell swafford still resides in st louis. my grandfather william arthur swafford died in st louis around 1999. he was married to ruth elizabeth stepanick. im trying to find out who i am and where i come from. ive talked to my dad about this but he is not very forthcoming with info. i dont even know what my great grandparents names were. any help would be great. ive been told we are from german and cherokee decent. i dont know how true it is. it sounds like from here that it all goes back to the UK. thanks for all the help in advance. please if you would e-mail me at swaffordbill@yahoo.com
