SUBJECT
The document begins by telling us of a mortgage made in 1883 in which Mary Sutton and her then husband, Robert Wright Sutton, borrowed £450 from Louisa Greenhalgh. This mortgage was then transferred to Mary Whitelegg in 1885.
Mary Sutton is now repaying the mortgage and the relevant property is being reconveyed to her. Unfortunately, we are told nothing of the whereabouts of the property in which the mortgage was secured.
