With the help of several individuals I was able to answer my own question. Please let me know of any errors. I would especially like to thank Diana S. Donovan for giving me her time
1. EPHRAIM SUTTON was born 1815 in Ohio, and died Bef. 1870 in Guess based on census data. He married TABATHA She was born 1816 in North Carolina, and died Bef. 1870 Guess based on census data.
The family of Ephriam and Tabatha Sutton is based on the combination of the 1850 and 1860 census
Children of EPHRAIM SUTTON and TABATHA are:

In the 1900 census SARAH J White is living with Jacob and Sophia Frances (Sutton) Barlet and listed as mother in law. The census says that she was married 17 years and was married at the time of the census (I can not explain this) it says she had six children on one lived.

This is complementary to a newspaper clipping in my possession about Jacob and Sophia Frances Barlett's 50th wedding anniversary which states that Sophia Frances lived with her Grandmother Mary Jefferies in Fort Recovery Ohio when she was married.
