On the 1860 census in Champlain:

Moses Supina, age 47, born Canada
Louisa, age 38, born Canada
Alexander, age 12, born Canada
Elizabeth, age 14, born Canada
Miliniso (F), age 8, born NY
Benjamin, age 4, born NY
Albert H. age 5 months born NY

So it appears these are the children of Moses and Louisa and the age for Louisa in the 1870 was incorrect and she was really 47 or 48 in 1870.
